Our portfolio includes basmati rice, non-basmati rice, maize, turmeric, dry chilli, pepper, cardamom, sesame, groundnuts, cashews, onion, potato, drumstick, green chilli, mature coconut, desiccated coconut, coir products, and areca leaf plates and bowls. What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order depends on the product, grade, packing and supply availability. Tell us your intended quantity, including trial-order requirements, so we can discuss feasibility. A minimum order is confirmed in the quotation.
Can I request samples before placing an order?
You can include a sample request in your enquiry. Availability, sample specifications, charges and courier arrangements need to be confirmed before dispatch.
Do you offer buyer-specific or retail packing?
You can request specific pack weights, carton configurations, labels or retail packs. Feasibility, artwork requirements, minimum quantity and any additional costs are discussed for the selected product.
Which countries can you supply?
Please share your destination country and port or city. Product eligibility, supply availability, destination requirements and transport options must be checked before a shipment can be agreed.
How are price and delivery time confirmed?
Prices and lead times depend on the product specification, quantity, packing, availability and shipment terms. Request a current written quotation with its validity period and estimated shipment schedule.
Can I request more than one product?
Yes. Select your main product and list the other products and quantities in Additional Requirements. Products can be quoted separately; combining goods in one shipment is reviewed for packing, compatibility and transport needs.
How do I send an enquiry?
Complete the quotation form and choose Continue to WhatsApp. Review the prepared message and press Send in WhatsApp. Opening WhatsApp alone does not send the message. You can also call either official contact number or email trade@bismillahexport.com using the links in Contact Us.
What happens to the information I enter?
This page does not save the enquiry to a website database or send it by email. Continuing passes the form details to WhatsApp as a prepared message. Only share business contact and order information needed for your enquiry; do not include payment card or identity-document details.
